1. I’m Exchanges Policy

To process a exchange, please email us at [email protected] from 10am – 6pm IST (7 days)

• Items purchased at full price qualify for an exchange for manufacturing defect, only if communicated within 2 days of receipt of the package.
• Items purchased on sale, markdowns and special codes can be exchanged for other sizes. if reported within stipulated time.
• For safety reasons, all returned garments will be isolated in our warehouse for 24 hours before inspection.
• You can opt for exchange only for size mismatch or manufacturing defect. Exchange will be possible upto 1 time.
• Exchangeable would take 7 working day to ship the product and shipping charges will be extra. 
• No refund
• There is no exchange or refund for the puffer jackets.

• This product is eligible for size exchange. The charges for reverse pickup and re-shipping of the product are to be borne by the customer.
